Description
Item/Description: One-of tank ladies manual wind tank watch by Van Cleef & Arpels personally engraved on back by famed jeweler and watchmaker Claude Arpels. 14K gold square case. White dial, black lacquer Roman numeral hour markers. Sapphire cabochon accented crown. Black leather band. The watch comes to us from the son of the woman to whom it was gifted. She was an employee of Mr. Arpels. Engraving to back reads: "To Mimi from Claude Arpels, June 1974". Hallmarked on dial: Van Cleef & Arpels; French hallmark on side.

Condition: In working condition. Winds smoothly. Surface use and age wear includes scratches to crystal, wear, scuffing to leather band.
