Swirling circle, comet- like prong-set with sparkly clear and sky blue sapphire quality rhinestones in round, marquise and chaton shapes. Roll-over c-clasp and soldered hanging bale for to wear as a pendant. Hallmarked: Sterling, Carl-Art logo of C A shot with arrow.
