Item/Description: Lovely, hand-wrought Nouveau-esque brooch with a pair of three dimensional acorns nestled against an oak leaf. Fluid design in open oval Sterling wire frame. Small loop at end of pendant for hanging option. Roll-over C clasp. Hallmarked: Georg Jensen, Inc. / USA / Hand Wrought Sterling / 105. This pin was designed by Alphonse LaPaglia for Georg Jensen Inc. U.S.A. Although related, Georg Jensen Inc. USA and the Danish firm of Georg Jensen are not the same. The USA branch was established in NYC in the 1920s by the Danish firm’s agent, Frederik Lunning.

Condition: Very Good. Minor surface wear, dark patina. Clasp in good working order.
