Description
Item/Description: Fabulous, dazzling choker and bracelet set in shades of blue, lavender and pink. The necklace is comprised of three staggered rows of round pink/yellow aurora borealis crystals; ice blue crystals and teardrop shaped glass moonstones. Interspersed are small lavender and blue/pink aurora borealis crystals. Superior quality Austrian gemstones are prong-set in silver tone mounting. Shepherd’s hook clasp. The matching cuff bracelet is two rows of the same gemstones in a more dense pattern. Hidden push-in clasp, remnants of a safety chain. Choker marked: Austria on back of terminal blue crystal. No visible mark on bracelet.
Material: Glass, Crystal, Silver tone metal. BR>Dimensions: Necklace 15 1/2"L x 1 1/2"W. Bracelet: 7 1/2"L x 1 5/8"W.
Condition: Good. Stones all present and sparkling; several are uncentered in their pronged mountings (foiled back rhinestones are held in by prongs alone, not glued). Surface wear and oxidation to the back of bracelet. Push in clasp in good working order, snaps shut securely; safety chain broken.
Age: Circa 1950s.
