Item/Description: Vintage large sterling silver, onyx, gemstone and marcasite pin. Exquisite butterfly pin features glossy polished black onyx in a Sterling Silver frame studded with hand-set marcasites and semi-precious gems including amethyst, garnet, aquamarine. Wonderful detail and workmanship. Roll-over C clasp. Stamped: 925 IM SS on wing tip.
Material: Sterling silver, black onyx, semi-precious gemstones, marcasites.
Dimensions: 3 3/4"L x 3"H; approximately 44 grams.
Condition: Very Good; all stones present; no surface scratches or damage; soft patina, slight tarnish to silver.
Age: 1980s.
