Item/Description: Rare Vintage Sterling Silver Star of David Pendant Necklace. Unique necklace features Magen David composed of sparkling, hand-set marcasites set on what appears to be a green glass disc. Ornate frame of scalloped leaves studded with marcasites. Suspended by marcasite studded bail and fine Sterling Silver chain. Simple O-ring clasp. Back of pendant hallmarked: AR / Sterling. O-ring hallmarked: Sterling.
Material: Sterling Silver, Marcasites, Green Glass.
Dimensions: Pendant with bail 1 1/2"L; 1 1/8"W "; Chain 18"L; approximately 7 grams total weight.
Condition: Good; surface wear, scratches to green glass; dark patina to chain; all marcasites present.
Age: 1930s-1940s.
