Item/ Description: Vintage Genuine Amber Modernist Pendant Necklace on Ornate Silver Chain. Striking necklace features a single chunk of smooth, rectangular shaped amber suspended from a hand-wrought, stick and barrel chain silver plated chain. Apple cider colored amber with inclusions. Necklace slips over head. Unmarked, possibly Middle-Eastern in origin.
Material: Silver-plated metal, Amber.
Dimensions: Chain length 30"; Amber segment 1 1/2"L x 1"W x 1/2"D.
Condition: Very good; minor surface wear. One scratch mark/abrasion to back of amber, not visible when worn; soft patina to silver chain.
Age: Circa 1970’s-1980’s.
