Description
Item/Description: Antique 19th C. Murano Perfume Scent Bottle. Beautifully crafted bottle in the genre of famed 19th C. Italian glass artists, Franchini and Bigaglia. Exceptional jewel-tone color swirls and five Murrini faces, sparkling Aventurine. Original brass chatelaine chain and ring, repousse cap and stopper with glass nib with remnant of cork. Unmarked.
Material: Glass, Brass, Cork.
Dimensions: 2 1/2"L x 2"W.
Condition: Good. Hairline crack and chip at bottom third of bottle does not extend into bottle or other side; dents on top and side of brass cap. Slight movement to hinged top.
Age: Circa 19th Century.
Provenance: Private Estate.
